On the plot a project was created, integrated in its surroundings and with maximum attention to the spectacular sea views, a 3-storey villa.
Access to the villa is on the highest part of the plot, on this floor there are the parking and main entrance, 3 bedrooms, all with adjoining bathroom, access to the terrace and enchanting sea views. On the mezzanine there is the master bedroom with bathroom, a dressing room, access to the terrace, toilet, kitchen with utility room and laundry room, and lounge with dining room. Both the lounge and the kitchen provide direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. On the lower floor there is a large space that can be filled in to your wishes and an outdoor area with barbecue and relaxation area.
One of the conditions of the design of this villa was to enjoy the beautiful panoramas that the plot offers, in order to achieve this, large windows were placed everywhere to fully utilize the views.
The design of the outdoor spaces was a challenge, the result is different zones to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate, with a large terrace with pergola with outdoor lounge and lounge, panoramic pool with jacuzzi and integrated relaxation chairs and on the lower floor another terrace with barbecue and relaxation area, all without losing the beautiful views over the crystal clear Mediterranean and the imposing Peñon d’Ifach.
